Double Gluer
Characteristics :
1. Glue roll: Surface polished, with netted rind on it, inside whole processing, Homeostasis tested. Make sure the glue is even covered and min. consumed.
2. Glue shaving roll: Surface grinding and chrome plated.
3. Surface of other paper axis's and paper leading roll are chrome plated.
4. Up and down of the paper press roll are pneumatic controlled, the operation is easy and fast.
5. The gap between gluing roll and shaving roll is adjusted by hand.
6. This machine has two models: independent drive and dependent drive that can choose by customer.
7. Automatic circle glue supplying, can avoid glue accumulation.
8. Have pre-heating equipment, can accelerate glue solidification process.
9. This equipment has a simple structure, safe and reliable running, very low problem rate, easy operation and maintenance, economical power cost.
